PREVAC Aquapower
Prevention of Vacuum System

The PREVAC system improves low pressure chillers performance and assures personnel safety for years of chiller operation by:

1)Maintaining your chiller's refrigerant pressure the same as the atmospheric pressure whenever the chiller is off line.

2)Enabling you to pressurize the chiller for leak testing safely at a push of a button.

3)Warning of high refrigerant pressure 5psi before the bursting disc ruptures.

4)Enableing you to perform minor repairs at zero.

The Benefits of a Chiller Kept at Amospheric Pressure:
-Chiller starts cooling imediately when started no matter how long the chiller has been idle.
-No surging at start-ups preventing damage to internal parts.
-Keeps moisture out of refigerant preventing acid formation in the refrigerant.
-No need to transfer refigerant to a separate vessel.

The Benefit of a High Pressure Warning
-Prevents refigerant loss before refigerant pressure reachs the bursting disc or relief valve pressure settings.
-Alarms are audible, visual, and BAS interface.

The Benefit of having a Permanent Pressurization System for Leak Testing
-Enables anyone at anytime to pressurize for leak testing.
-Reduces labor hours.
-Pressure raised the same way everytime, no concern about to hot of water warping tubes.
-Eliminates the risks of the temporary electrical code violations.
1)Connections made by non-license personnel.
2)Equipment being connect without UL,ETL or CSA approvals.
3)Equipment being connected without the proper fusing.
4)Eliminates exposed high voltage connections around temporary water connections.
-Prevents anyone from bringing in open flame propane devices into an equipment room violating fire codes and air safety.
